Gorillas and monkeys are said to be the closest species to human beings on the planet.
Gorillas are huge animals that belong to the same family as humans and monkeys do. We match on so many aspects. Gorillas are intelligent animals and they understand different things in general. Although they do not possess the power to rationalize as we do, they still are far better than most of the species on the planet. They have feelings and this helps them to grow affection, hatred, agony and various different feeling like we have.
They are social animals and prefer living with companions. Although they prefer living with a companion of their own species but living in centuries and zoo, it is not always possible that there are many animals from the same species like gorillas.

They have an understanding and love for others and Bobo the gorilla proved this.
Bobo is a giant western lowland gorilla and he is 24 years old. Bobo lives in a preserving captivity where he does not find much company. He is very curious about others and is always ready to see other creatures. While Bobo was wandering around a tree, he a bush baby up on the tree. He slowly went near the tree and picked him to put him down on the floor with himself.
Bobo kept lying on the floor and bush baby kept playing around it. Bobo did not do anything so that he can make the little baby feel secured around him. Although it was very Bobo like, the giant kept playing with the baby for more than 2 hours.
The baby took rounds while he crawled all over the giant’s body but he remained unmoved. Bobo lied on the grass to let the bush baby play around freely with him. He was happy there, being with the little baby.
The tiny creature had a great time with his giant friend who put him back on the tree after a 2-hour long play date.
