This might sound absurd but yes, this man had the world’s hottest weather girl as his girlfriend but he broke up with her to play video games.
They say work comes first, which is true but that does not mean on the stake of your relationships and the ones you love. There is a simple thing called the balance of work and personal life that is a must in each person’s life.
Last year Martin and Yanet were in the hot buzz of the news as the couple broke up. Yanet is the hottest weather girl in the world and as the stereotype tells, video gamers are a tribe of nerds and it does not happen often that they get to be in a relationship, that too with a girl millions of men drool for.
But Douglas ‘FaZe Censor’ Martin (Game name) decided to let go of his relationship because he wanted to achieve success and wanted to be the best damn player of the game CoD, Call of Duty, which he had the aim to be.
For sure, people had to speak in the same. They buzzed out and said all kinds of things.
One commented, “Dude, do not do something that you would regret for a lifetime. She is one of the hottest women in the world.”
Another commented, “The one thing you are missing out on is the life work balance and it is not your relationship that is keeping you distracted but your lack of ability.”
But of course, Martin did what he wanted to do and well’ he was able to achieve what he was working for. He tweeted that his parents were always concerned because he saw no girls in high school because CoD was more important to him. He said he was glad to make the decision because it has paid him off now.
He also said that the moral of the story is that career comes first and everything else comes on later.
He became the best player of CoD and accomplished his dream. Maybe it was not a bad decision for him.
