In spite of the hate-filled messages from leftists, Chick-Fil-A fast food Company believes in upholding the Christian values that it has stood for.

Its founder, S. Truett Cathy had mentioned in his memoir that the company stands to uphold Christian values.

He had also taken the pledge for it from his children so that there will be philanthropic work done by the organization, no working on Sundays and never taking the company public.

He believes in a life of selfless devotion, praying to the lord and carrying on with all the family relations that have been endowed by him.

The family promise seems to be working – Since 2013, Dan Cathy is the CEO of the company and he has also reiterated the stand that was taken by S. Truett Cathy so that it has upheld the Christian values and still stays closed on Sundays.

Yet, the company has done quite well in the recent past and is the third-largest fast-food chain of the US. The company grew in the last 50 years from a single restaurant to 2,400 restaurants with 1,45,000 people associated with it.

Recently, Dan stated Fox News thanking all the people for this phenomenal growth while upholding their traditional commitment to Christian values.

But people are still not convinced – When Chick-Fil-A expressed its support for traditional marriages in 2012, members of the LGBTQ community called for its boycott and since then, the company is facing a wrath of the leftists.

Even some major publications like the “HuffPost” and “The New Yorker” have been writing against the company and as early as last year, these publications have publicly criticized the company’s outlook.

“HuffPost” had specifically urged the people that if they loved the LGBTQ community, they just can’t carry on eating Chick-Fil-A products. “The New Yorker” called it a ‘creepy infiltration’ of the city when Chick-Fil-A was trying to open up a shop in New York.
