A flight attendant spoke out and admitted she was left humiliated after a 440-pound rude American passenger forced her to wipe his backside and “moaned with pleasure” while she was doing so.

According to the young flight attendant who goes under the surname of Kuo, the large customer began making demands by telling the crew to undress him in the lavatory.

The incident occurred on an EVA Air flight bound from Los Angeles to Taoyuan, Taiwan.

As the stewardess explained during a press conference, the fully-female crew helped the man pull down his pants because he was threatening to relieve himself on the floor.

“I told him we couldn’t help him, but he started yelling. He told me to go in there immediately and threatened to relieve himself on the floor,” Kuo explained.

“As the passenger’s genitals were now exposed, one of my colleagues brought a blanket, which I used to cover his modesty.

“But he very angrily slapped my hand away, saying he didn’t want it and only wanted me to remove his underwear so he could use the toilet.”

After that, the passenger, who Kuo estimated to weigh around 440 pounds, demanded the flight attendant to wipe his backside. While Kuo didn’t want to be anywhere near the guy for another second, she reluctantly agreed because he refused to leave the lavatory.

“He said: ‘Oh, mmm, deeper, deeper,’ and then accused my chief attendant of not properly cleaning his backside, requesting that she do it again,” Kuo added.

As the stewardess also explained, problems began as soon as the passenger, who was in a wheelchair, boarded the plane.

At first, the rude man demanded the crew to assign him two seats despite paying for only one. Before making a scene and humiliating the crew, he also demanded to use business class lavatory because he couldn’t fit in the economy class cubical.

While EVA Air responded to the incident with a statement saying that the staff isn’t obliged to accept unreasonable demands, the Taoyuan Flight Attendants Union, which backed up Kuo and her coworkers, argued that the problem is systemic, saying that it originates from the customers’ belief that people working in the service industry should grant their every request.
