For the feet that are constantly cold and that are cracked, sore, and dry, here is a guide to what your feet may be telling about your overall health.
#1 Toenail Discoloration
It is very crucial to pay special attention to the color of your toenails as they might be the signs of some serious health implications.
Yellow nails could imply that you have a fungal infection on your nails. Also, it is also the sign that emerges as a result of eczema and psoriasis. And in the rarest of the cases, yellow nails means swelling of your lungs.
#2 Constantly Cold Feet
This is another symptom that you should not overlook. Constantly feeling cold feet is an indication of diabetes. Diabetes is responsible for the change in the peripheral blood supply to the lungs.
#3 The Skin on the Feet is Dry, Cracked, or Flaky
If the skin on the feet remains cracked flaky even after moisturizing it then it is a symptom of hyperkeratosis (thick skin). In this condition, the elasticity of the skin decrease and hence it will continue to crack.
