‘I Had The PERFECT Name For My Baby Girl But She RUINED It When She Came Two Weeks Early!’

Picking a name for your baby can be exciting and daunting at the same time as there are many things to be considered when choosing a child’s moniker.

But one mother who already had the ‘perfect’ name for her little girl expressed her frustration when her little bundle of joy came out weeks early.

Taking to TikTok, the mom called Tiffany revealed that she took inspiration from her baby’s due date when deciding on her daughter’s middle name.

Because her due date was May 17, she and her partner decided that their baby’s middle name would be May.

But they did not expect her to arrive weeks early.

Sharing a photo of her daughter Eleanor May on TikTok, she wrote: “When. your baby’s middle name is May because she was due May 17 but she arrives on the last day of April.”

Even though the name is no longer appropriate, she said that she won’t let her daughter’s early arrival ruin the name they had decided for her.

“We didn’t change it either,” she expressed.

Her video has been viewed more than 916k times and many people commented that they also had the same experiences with their children’s names.

One person shared: “We named my daughter’s middle name May as well because due date was May 5! Born April 30, 2017.”

Another wrote: “No worries lol. My middle name is June and I was born in May. It happens.”

A third suggested that the parents could’ve named their daughter ‘April May.’

Another mother shared that she’s considering changing her son’s name as no one gets the pronunciation right.

Her son’s name is Danyal – an Arabic name of Turkish origin which means ‘God is my judge.’ However, people can’t pronounce it right and have been calling him Danny instead.
