Picking a name for your child can be both exciting and daunting at the same time as it is something that they will have to live it for the rest of their lives.
Many parents regret the names they choose for their children and that’s exactly what happened to his mother, who has revealed that she gave her son a bad name and now she’s planning to give her other kids bad names as well so that it won’t be ‘unfair.’
Katy Friesen took to TikTok and explained that she was 18 when she gave birth to her baby boy and now that she’s older, she can’t stand the moniker anymore.
Katy said that she wished she could go back in time and choose a different name for her child.
When someone asked if she regretted the name she picked for her first born, she replied: “Oh yeah, big time. I mean I had him when I was 18, but now I feel like with my other kids I have to give them not-so-good names.
“My first son, I regret naming him what I did, and now it’s unfair if I name my other kids something really nice – so I have to stick with mediocre names.”
Katy revealed that her son’s name is Carson James but many people liked it, with one person commenting: “I was expecting like Brackstyn Hyxs or something like that. Carson is adorable!”
Another wrote: “I was expecting worse! You can always go with just James.”
A third said: “Super normal. I’m disappointed. I literally know someone named Pepsi!”
Katy and her husband just welcomed their little girl named Brooklyn May.
