A father is going viral after teaching his daughter a harsh life lesson after she chose to make fun of her classmate with cancer.
For some parents, manners go a long way in life and that’s why they feel it’s so important to raise your kids well as they ultimately reflect the parents’ upbringing.
Hence, when it came down to one parent, he says he knew exactly what to do to teach his daughter a valuable lesson that he believed she would never forget for a long time.
“I was appalled to learn from my daughter’s teacher how my own child was behaving like a bully against her classmate. And this classmate was not any ordinary one. She was ailing from cancer and that is what made it all the more painful for me”- the dad explained.
The teacher revealed how his daughter pulled off the child’s wig and started to make fun of her. She was punished and school while her dad was called in for a discussion on the topic.
“I wanted to die of embarrassment. This is definitely not how I raised my child as a single parent. I just was speechless but in the back of my mind, anger was building up. I knew how I was going to handle this and no one would be able to stop me”- the dad revealed.
Hence, after getting back home, he literally shaved his daughter’s head and made her stare in the mirror for a long time. He asked her how it looked and that’s when she began to cry.
And that’s when the dad taught her the mistake that she had made and how important it was to treat others the way you wish to be treated.
