Unfortunately, they failed every time and also faced severe consequences on this demand. The couple and their children were threatened, and their lives were in danger due these two dog owners.
The boys who took the apartment on rent, were not even paying the rent anymore. Charles and his wife filed a case against them in court in the previous year. The NYPD’s Animal Cruelty Investigation Squad helped them and arrested the two boys and took the dogs as well.
