Although he doesn’t celebrate Christmas, Hasan wanted to ensure that those who do were given a meal and cared for. In the sign, he also included Soup and Cacik for starters, Chicken Casserole, Chicken Shish, and Vegetarian Casserole for the main course, and Rice Pudding for dessert.
After posting the sign, those who passed by his restaurant noticed it right away. People shared it online and liked by millions of viewers around the world. According to Hasan, he didn’t understand the fuss, and he just wanted to make others happy, especially those who needed help.
“We’re just helping people… lots of people stay home alone for Christmas… They don’t need to. They can come here and have some fun,” he expressed.shishsidcup
