Game Of Thrones final season episode 3 will be the longest one with the Battle of Winterfell clocking in at 1 hour 22 mins.
The third episode of the HBO series is going to air Sunday night.
According to Game Of Thrones’ official IMDb page, episode 3 will be the longest one with the Battle of Winterfell clocking in at 1 hour 22 mins.
Previously, Season 7 finale, titled The Dragon and the Wolf, was the longest-running episode.
Fans are eagerly waiting for the Battle of Winterfell.
According to a fan theory reported by Buzzfeed, ‘the Night King will not be at the battle of Winterfell because he’s on his way to king’s landing.’
The fan further added: ‘At the end of the last episode, we did not see the Night King, but only his White Walkers, leading the army of wights.’
‘The Battle of Winterfell would be the perfect “distraction” for him to travel relatively unnoticed down to King’s Landing.’
So, it is being assumed that the Night King will not be at the battle of Winterfell because he’s on his way to the king’s landing.
But, one fan disagreed as the fan wrote: ‘Naaah.
The Night King has been behind the wall for almost a thousand years. He preceded Aegon’s Conquest. I bet he wouldn’t be able to locate King’s Landing (founded after he was “exiled” beyond the Wall) much less travel through the Neck (marshes) or through across the Mountains of the Moon.
While another said: ‘I am loving all these theories!!!’
Well, we will have to wait for episode 3 to know if this theory is true or not.
