What makes Vera even more amazing is the fact that she is a self-taught artist and hasn’t learned her skill from anyone. Following the suit of the world’s famous artists, Vera too was inspired by ‘love.’

Speaking to Bored Panda, she said: “I just decided to try. And when I made my first embroidered piece the boy I liked (he has great taste and he is in art community) wrote me: ‘you did this?? So cool’ and I decided to continue.”

But it wasn’t so easy for the embroidery star. She took almost a year and a half to bring her matchless work to the attention of the public.

“I started to publish my embroidery experiments in Instagram and people start to write me, ‘can I buy it?’ And I thought – why not,” Vera said.

Be it a deep purple shawl, a whimsical pink shirt, or a vibrant blue dress, each and every piece designed by the artist sends you to a totally different world.

Owing to the intricate details that Vera puts in her work, creating a piece sometimes takes even an entire month for her.

“I am thinking about future embroidery, I am preparing the necessary materials,” she said. “Sometimes the picture in my head does not coincide with what I made, then I cut off treads and try again.”
