Although there is no exact cause for the same the researchers suggest that one reason for the same happening can be the uninterrupted time the eldest born enjoy with their parents.

Although the study was carried out on such siblings whose parents were equally considerate for all their kids, it still did not match the same level.

The eldest born always has more time with their parents but the same gets divided with the second born child. The difference in IQ can be seen as early as at the age of 1.

The study was carried out on the data of 5,000 kids from pre-birth to the time they turned 14.

Numerous tests were taken out including reading, looking at various pictures and vocabulary test and as a result, it was found out that the same is affected by the birth time. This means the earliest born will have more IQ as compared to the ones who came late in line.
