It’s a great idea until you find out those fancy recipes you found online have a long list of ingredients that you can’t just pop out to the grocery and buy because they’ve all run out because of the panic-buying.

As Baker Frieda demonstrated the whole process, she said that you can use any kind of chocolate spread that you have on hand, whether that’s Nutella or regular hazelnut spread.

If you want to get a little fancy, adding some chocolate chips or orange flavoring will do the trick.

Frieda then goes to explain that one just needs to add the flour to a bowl, warm the chocolate mixture then pour it in, then crack three eggs to mix them all together.

Grease your oven tray first and put a fine sprinkling of flour at the bottom before pouring in your mixture to prevent it from sticking.

Your oven should have been pre-heated to 175c. Bake the mixture for 25 to 35 minutes and you can prick the middle with a toothpick to check if it’s done. If the toothpick comes out clean, it’s ready and baked.
