It was Prince Louis’ christening on Monday and Aunt Meghan and Uncle Harry made their first public appearance with their nephew.
The Duchess of Sussex was donning an olive green shift dress as she joined her husband for their nephew’s christening.
The 36-year-old opted for a frock by Ralph Lauren accompanied by a hat by milliner Stephen Jones as she arrived with Prince Harry for the christening service at the Chapel Royal at St. James Palace.
She decided to don her signature look this time as well. Her well-fitted dress was belted around the waist and featured a boat neckline. She accessorized the look with a coordinating clutch bag and matching suede court shoes while gripping a pair of green leather gloves.
The Chapel Royal at St. James Palace holds special significance to her as it was where she was baptized and established into the Church of England in March.
It was the newlyweds’ first public appearance with Louis who did not attend their wedding in May. The couple was seen sharing a laugh as they arrived for the ceremony.
We have seen Meghan sticking to blush pink and nude tones following her wedding but this time he decided to wear a more muted color. It has been a busy week for the couple. They will be making an appearance at the RAF centenary event along with the Queen and the senior royals.
After that, they will be flying to Dublin, Ireland where they will be spending two days visiting the country’s most famous university and the home of Gaelic football – the organizations that are central to Irish life. They will also be attending a garden party at the British ambassador’s residence and will be meeting Michael Higgins, the Irish President, and Prime Minister Leo Varadkar.
