Soldiers are the ones responsible that we are able to sleep peacefully in our comfortable beds in the night.
They pay a heavy amount of time, to protect what is dearest to them, their nation.
They do not have proper beds to sleep in, they do not get to see their loved ones for a very very long time and several of them die without their mates knowing they did.
But then there are a few that survive and the injuries from the war make them disabled for life. Such war heroes deserve all the respect and honor and that is what Donald Trump has decided to do.
On Wednesday President Donald Trump signed an order that states that all the student’s loan debt a disabled veteran has will be waived off as a sign of honor from the government.
Trump said that the veterans who permanently or completely disabled that the command with direct the Department of Education to wave off every single penny of debt a disabled veteran has in his name.
He also said that they are going to charge no income tax on the debt that has been forgiven. He also said that he will ask the states to wave off all the taxes form the loan these veterans have as he said that America owes this to their heroes.
But the administration said that only half of 50,000 eligible veterans were able to take the benefit of the new order because of the troublesome procedure.
Trump orders the procedure to be easy and fast but it looks like that is not what is happening. Trump was also paying a visit to 2,500 veterans in Kentucky to make them understand about the order and to know them better as they are a part of an organization called American Veterans.
