Trump’s CPAC speech is set to take place in Orlando, Florida, on February 28, the final day of the conservative conference.

While CPAC, which is one of the Republicans’ most prominent annual events, typically happens in National Harbor, Maryland, the organizers this year decided to move the event to Florida due to Covid-19 restrictions.

As for Trump, he has been attending the Conservative Political Action Conference since 2011 when he was invited to the event by a gay conservative group known as GOProud.

Since then, the former president had been a frequent speaker at the event, whereas photos of him went viral after he was pictured hugging and kissing an American flag while on stage.

While Trump has been relatively quiet in the last few weeks after getting banned from major social media networks, including Twitter, he recently spoke out to Fox News to pay a tribute to Republican radio host Rush Limbaugh.

In his interview, the former president also took the opportunity to double down on his election fraud allegations by saying:

“Rush thought we won. And so do I. I think it’s disgraceful what happened. We were like a Third World country on election night.”

While it is not yet clear what his speech will be about or which topics he will address, Trump’s keynote appearance at the right-wing event will mark his first post-office public appearance.
