Two Dogs Were Seen Comforting Each Other After They Lost Their Owner In A Hiking Accident


2 dogs were left with only each other as their owner died in front of their eyes in a tragic hiking accident.

The two adorable dogs named Tonka and Little P along with their 33 years old owner, Kris Busching, and his friend Mark had gone on a hiking adventure to Colorado.

Two days later while the group was still on the hike, Kris and the dogs had gone to get water from a canyon and fell in the water. The non-profit animal shelter Mr. Bones & Co. which is based in New York has said this.

After falling in the canyon, Kris, the tattoo artist tried to pull his dogs up to safety but failed. All of them tumbled down to the bottom of the canyon. Kris could not survive the collision but the dogs survived with some injuries.

The frightened and loyal pups stayed by Kris’s body until help arrived a day later. They were then rescued with Kris’s dead body and Mark.

Mark then took the injured pups to Kris’s family in Long Island, New York. This is when Mr. Bones & Co stepped up and rushed the pups to hospital amid their injuries.

It was the time for grief for all. The family was grieving among themselves and the dog brothers who had seen their world suddenly falling apart in front of them.

The dogs were seen stuck together and they were comforting each other. The poor babies had no idea their life will turn upside down in just a few minutes.

Tonka was admitted to the hospital and was seen comforting Little P by touching his nose.

The hospital shared the video and wrote that the loyalty and love Tonka showed for his younger brother Little P is remarkable. Their bond is forever even though they lost a very precious part of their tribe.
