Have you ever found yourself stuck in the doors of the lift? Or almost?
We have all almost been there. And yes we have been terrified with the thought of getting stuck in it. This became a reality for a little dog who had no idea what was happening and all he could know was that he was chocking.
The poor dog got his leash stuck in the elevator that lifted him up and could have killed it if the doctor hero would not have been there.
Dr. Mohammed Awad was right in the lobby when the terrible incident happened in Olympus Harbour Island Apartments in Florida that could have killed the innocent dog.
The dog was walking out of the life along with its owner when its leash got stuck in the door of the lift.
The two had no idea what happened unless the lift started moving after the doors were shut. The dog was lifted up and the collar was suffocating it.
The owner of the dog tried to pull the leash but was not able to. This is when Dr. Awad jumped in and quickly detached the leash.
The two then fell to the ground on their back. The dog was unharmed and ran away as soon as it reached the ground. The doctor was unharmed too.
The doctor said “I saw it happening and I was nervous and anxious.
I had no idea what I was doing but I knew I had to get the dog free. The leash did not open in one attempt. It was tough but I tried again when I just had 2 more seconds and got the dog free.”
Dr. Awad’s brother Faris was the one who shared the video with a caption “My bro saved the dog.”
