A dog named Delavar was tied up with a tight rope around his neck and in an attempt to escape, he ran and the rope cut his flesh.
Delavar managed to escape but the rope injured his neck badly. Sezar Sanctuary rescued the poor dog and started its treatment.
Unfortunately, the dog passed away.
But, there are so many dogs like Delavar that are being ill-treated and are left abandoned every day to die by their owners. Sezar Sanctuary is working for those animals.
Sezar Sanctuary in Iran is helping abused and abandoned animals who are left by their owners. The sanctuary was founded by Hosein Mohammadi who is working for the animals who are abused.
