The pictures of a dog dangling from a window by a very short chain which made him stand on its hind legs under the scorching heat in Teloloapan, Mexico, fumed animal lovers.
The alleged owner of the animal resides in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood of Teloloapan, Mexico, said to have left the dog in hot sunny weather the entire day. The chain which tied the dog’s neck was so short that the poor pooch couldn’t even move or sit and it made him stand on his hind legs.
When the pictures went viral, animal lovers showed outrage and asked to take immediate action against the owner. The bypassers noticed the dog in such condition, they tried to inquire about the dog, his owners and the reason for this horrible treatment.
One stranger even confronted the dog’s owner and asked him to surrender the dog but they merely chased the man away.
The person managed to take the photos of the dog and shared on social media and the news spread like wildfire.
