A dog stuck in a car made headlines after it drove in circles for an hour as the owner left the pooch in the vehicle to quickly run some errands.

Neighbors were surprised when they checked what was going on as a grey Sedan drove in circles even when no one was behind the wheel.

Then they discovered that there actually was, but it wasn’t the car’s owner.

The owner of the vehicle had parked up and left for a moment but it appeared they made a huge mistake of leaving their pet alone in the vehicle. It only took a few moments until things went f*** up!

For some reason, the black Labrador got into the front and knocked the car into reverse, sending the car circling out of control.

What’s even more shocking is that it kept the Sedan going for an hour!

Cops were called to the scene and after observing and scratching of heads, they managed to stop the car and take the pooch out.

“The dog’s owner, police, and firefighters crafted a plan to stop this near hour-long spree,” said a reporter for WPTV.

“Police say they were finally able to stop this dog’s joy ride by punching a passcode into the driver’s side door to get inside, but not before the dog first took out this mail box, a trash can, and some bricks in front of a home.”

The reporter added: “But the best news was that the dog wasn’t hurt at all, in fact pretty happy after his first, and hopefully last, solo drive.”

In an interview with local news, neighbor Anna Sabol said: “It was weird, I figured ‘how the heck did they manage to do that’. He was a better driver than a lot of them I’ve seen.

“Then I saw another cop car and another cop car. I laughed, I thought they should give the dog a licence to drive.”
