A doctor whose married lover tragically died after giving him oral sex has been ordered to pay her family financial compensation.
Dr. Andreas David Niederbichler was sentenced to nine years behind bars after he put cocaine on his private part before his lover, who was identified as 38-year-old Yvonne M., pleasured him.
The woman died of an overdose of cocaine that had been placed on the doctor’s penis.
Dr. Niederbichler was ordered to pay a total of £25,000 to the grieving family, with £7,000 for funeral expenses and £9,000 each going to the deceased woman’s husband and son.
The heartbroken family dubbed the doctor the German Christian Grey due to his sexual fantasies.
According to reports, Yvonne was not his only victim. He reportedly drugged and sexually assaulted three other women by secretly putting cocaine in their toothpaste, lipstick, and champagne glasses.
The former head physician at the Halberstadt Clinic in Saxony-Anhalt was charged in 2018 after Yvonne died after he put cocaine on his penis.
In 2019, he was sentenced to nine years in prison.
“The defendant is sentenced to pay the funeral costs in the amount of £7,337, as well as survivor benefits to the deceased’s husband and the son in the amount of £8,581 each,” Judge Steffi Ewald said.
The doctor told German newspaper Bild last month: “Yes, there were drugs. But I didn’t drug any of the women without her knowledge.
“I was looking for a special kick and they took part.”
Niederbichler also described Yvonne M. as an ‘experienced’ cocaine user who knew exactly what she was getting into.
He said that he wanted to prove that he wasn’t criminally guilty of causing her death.
