Doctor Who Contracted Coronavirus Mysteriously Fell From A Hospital Window After Being Blamed For Spreading The Infection


A doctor who contracted coronavirus has passed away after falling from a hospital window.

Her colleagues said that Dr. Natalya Lebedeva was accused of failing to stop the Covid-19 outbreak in a restricted city.

According to Russian media, she faced ‘accusations from her superiors that she had not taken sufficient measures to ensure the safety of her employees which resulted in the infecting of several health workers.’

Dr. Lebedeva had been involved in the treatment of Russia’s Star City’s patient zero. She was receiving treatment in Moscow when she fell from the sixth floor of the hospital in an apparent suicide.

According to Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper, the restricted city’s ‘patient zero’ was one of the heads of the Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center.

All astronauts and cosmonauts are based in the city before going to the International Space Station.

Reports say that Dr. Lebedeva was the head of the emergency department at the Medical-Sanitary Unit No. 2 and was involved in treating ‘patient zero.’

After the first cases, infection is believed to have spread among health staff linked to the doctor. Among those who contracted the disease was Olga Minina, head of the Star City hospital.

It is not clear whether the ‘patient zero’ had any contact with cosmonauts who already flew to the space station.

Dr. Lebedeva’s death comes after another doctor fell from a hospital window in Krasnoyarsk after complaining about PPE shortages.

Dr. Yelena Nepomnyashchaya is now fighting for her life in a Krasnoyarsk hospital after surviving the fall.

The deputy head of Krasnoyarsk’s regional government, Aleksey Podkorytov, said Dr. Nepomnyashchaya’s fall was linked to medical shortages.

“So many things could have happened,” he claimed. “’It could have been because it was spring, the overall stress, something in her family. It’s difficult to say what could have happened.

“There was nothing extraordinary happening at the time, just a routine conference call with doctors’ reports.

“If we were to fail after each routine conference call this would have not led to anything good.”
