Jessica Hoyle-King, of San Antonio, told Fox News that her brother and his wife were trying to save money for their honeymoon in Rome.

The couple had a fear that they might go over budget, they brought Hoyle-King in as a wedding consultant.

With the help of her mother, Hoyle-King took care of everything including decorations and center pieces, sourcing many of the materials from around her own home, and borrowing Mason jars from her parents.

But the bride and groom shared their idea of baking and freezing cupcakes ahead of the wedding, Hoyle-King came forward and offered another idea of heading to Costco instead.

The couple followed her advice and picked up two sheet cakes at Costco (for $18.99 each) on the way to the couple’s rehearsal dinner.

Later, with the help of bride’s brother-in-law who is a chef from England, they rearranged the cakes, re-frosted them, and covered with approximately $10 worth of Trader Joe’s flowers on top and down the side.
