Disney+ Worker Fired After Sending Messages To A Customer During Live Chat


A 23-year-old man was left shocked when a foul-mouthed Disney+ worker told him to “suck my d**k” during live online chat.

Reece Scott, from Woking, Surrey, was having trouble while watching Brother Bear as he could not connect.

He started a live chat and told the Disney+ worker to ensure his IP is whitelisted as he was getting error code 73.

Reece was left stunned when he got a reply saying, “No. Eat s**t, wh**e”.

He messaged the worker: “excuse me?” as he thought it was some mistake but he got another offensive message that read: “Suck my d**k! What part of that don’t you understand?”.

Reece said: “I was so shocked. I was sitting by myself and just thought ‘is this real, surely this isn’t real? I thought ‘am I on the right page, am I in the right place? This can’t be right.”

He slammed the worker and said he just asked very politely to check his IP.

When he got the first message, he thought it was some mistake and waited for an apology but he got another message that left him totally shocked.

Reece didn’t know what else to say to the foul-mouthed Disney worker after he received the two very offensive messages.

He said his friends didn’t believe him at first and thought it was fake.

Disney has now fired the worker after the shocking incident and Reece has been provided a year’s free subscription.

Disney has apologized for the incident and is now investigating the matter so it doesn’t happen again.

Reece said: “Disney confirmed the transcript when they rang me about my complaint, they’ve told me he’s going to be fired.”
