The gender reveal is one of the most exciting moments in a parent’s life as it is an emotional life-changing event both of them will share together.
The people who are in military services, such moments become really hard to coordinate with, but it’s heartwarming to watch them get it.
Nicholson and Taylor Pennant are delighted to know that they are having a baby after spending months hoping about it. The timing wasn’t right as Senior Airman Nicholson was called for deployment to the Middle East during this time.
The couple got to know about the pregnancy just before a week of him leaving for deployment, and it was very hard for Nicholson to leave his wife during such a special time.
Nicholson claims that it has been an emotional roller coaster for him as leaving for his mission is important, but leaving the family during such time is really difficult.
Thinking about the things my wife has to take care of alone during this time is challenging.
Taylor made an appointment to know about her baby’s gender and wanted to make it special for her husband too, so she took help from his unit to make this gender reveal important for him.
After Taylor got to know about the baby’s gender and also bought some things so that her husband could play the little guessing game. She sent two different care packages with ‘Team Boy’ and ‘Team Girl’ labels and pink and blue confetti’s inside them.
Nicholson’s whole team even cast votes for both the sides and team girl had the highest choice, but Nicholson was hoping for a boy.
Nicholson said that he knows his wife wants a baby girl and I want a boy but either way we both will be happy to have a healthy baby.
The whole unit surrounded him and started playing soccer with the ball, which had the gender reveal powder inside it. The team did a countdown, and then they kicked the soccer ball, which showed a blue color.
Nicholson was so happy to find out that he is having a second son. We all hope that Nicholson can make it back home before his son is born.
