But this cheeky dad has a witty approach! Helping with chores means he will get rewards in the end!
Sharing a photo of their ‘reward’ sticker chart on social media, a wife shared how she thanks her partner for helping out around the house.
Her husband has to complete each task six times to reap his ‘awesome’ rewards.
He must wash dishes six times to get 12 pack of his favorite beer. If he puts the toilet seat down, something that men should do, and there will be ‘no nagging for a week.’ Changing diapers will also earn him naked hula dance from his wife.
If he vacuums the children’s car seats regularly, there is no need for him to attend ‘annoying’ friend’s birthday party. What’s more, if he cleans up throw up six times, he will get a ‘BJ!!!’
Their sticker chart caused a stir online, with many labeled the photo ‘depressing.’
One Twitter user said: “Lovely to have explain to the kids what a BJ means and it’s the only reason daddy cares about them.”
Another wrote: “I had to f***ing see this now you do too.”
A third said: “You don’t get a prize for taking care of your own kids. Does mom get a chart? What are her prizes?”
This is not the first time a cheeky dad has been attacked online for helping for awards. One mom from San Diego shared a photo of her husband holding a sign that read: “Helping out with housework so you can get lucky is called choreplay.”
