Dad Gifts Two-Year-Old Son A Lamborghini But Critics Say He Shouldn’t Spoil His Child


A dad from Russia gifted his 2-year-old son a $140K Lamborghini.

Rapper Timur Ildarovich Yunusov, also known by his stage name Timati, recently bought a grey Lamborghini Aventador SVJ.

But because he also wants his son to feel happy, he picked up a much smaller version for the young boy to play around with until he is old enough to drive the real thing.

In the video he shared on Instagram, the rapper can be seen going to a car dealership to check out his new vehicle, which boasts a whopping 640 horsepower.

While the 37-year-old father will get to enjoy the new ride first, he says that it is also for his son to use.

However, the adorable child will have to wait for 16 years before he can drive the magnificent car.

Timati posted the video with the caption: “One for the summer, the second for when he is older.”

The rapper said, as per StarsLife: “When my daughter and my son grow up, they will have all my cars at their disposal.”

His video has been viewed more than 10 million times and received thousands of comments, with many praising the father for his generosity.

The rapper has two children, 7-year-old Alisa with model Alena Shishkova, and 2-year-old Ratmir with model and TV presenter Anastasia Reshetova.

While his post received a lot of positive comments, many claimed that it was not right to spoil his child.

Mikhail Zotov, a child psychologist, told the Blitz portal that Timati’s son was ‘not yet aware of the social norm’ that was being violated.’

“If it is at the age of five or six, then there will definitely be a time bomb,” he said. “The task of parents is to start talking to them, to explain that the value lies in being interesting to others, and not in the price of sneakers.”
