Many of us are lucky to have an incredible male role model in our lives, which can make a huge difference in our lives.
Whether it’s a fantastic uncle, a babysitter, a coach, or just a fantastic father, these men improve our lives considerably. That isn’t to say that the women in our lives aren’t incredible, but fathers provide their own unique kind of love and care.
One adorable little girl from Kansas has not only an incredible dad but also an awesome grandfather.
It all happened after 9-year-old Joselyn asked a very simple question to her father.

Joselyn asked her father if he could help her by babysitting her doll, Abbie, for the day. Joselyn considered Abbie to be her very own “baby” that she treated with the utmost care and attention.
Apparently, little Abbie wanted to spend the day with her “Grandpa”. Joselyn’s dad now had a task that some might consider a bit silly…
So what did Joselyn’s dad do? He did something truly incredible as he not only took Abbie along with him on his day, but he also went above and beyond!
Joselyn asked her dad if she could do her a favor. Her doll Abbie, who Joselyn treated like her very own child wanted to spend the day with “grandpa.”
She really wants to go trucking with her Grandpa
Joselyn’s father was hesitant at first to take Abbie with him to work, but Joselyn convinced him. Her father runs a trucking company in Colby, Kansas called McCain Enterprises so Abbie got to spend all day with him as he drove a huge truck around for his job.
Like all great mothers, Joselyn wasn’t about to let her daughter, Abbie, be left behind!
As Joselyn’s father was preparing for the day ahead, Joselyn was up to remind him that he needed to take Abbie with him everywhere he went. This was Joselyn’s father and Abbie’s day out and he wouldn’t be able to skip out on this!
Joselyn’s father being the fantastic father he is, took Abbie who was sporting an incredible fashion sense with styled hair, an adorable outfit for their day together. They loaded up in the truck and went on their way.
So now that he was on his workday with Abbie, Joselyn’s father decided that he was going to really give Abbie a great day, all while documenting it so Joselyn could see when they returned from their big day! This dad was dedicated to making sure his daughter’s wishes would come true!

One of the very first things the father did was pick up some Coca-Cola and a pack of Slim Jims. Abbie was experiencing the life of a trucker first hand!
After that delicious snack, Abbie and Joselyn’s father then went to visit Abbie’s great-grandfather and Joselyn’s grandfather. Even he is willing to give Abbie a hug when he greets her!
Both Joselyn’s father and grandfather run the McCain Enterprises business together and see each other daily.
Joselyn’s grandfather absolutely adores his granddaughter and was more than happy to pose for a picture with Abbie for Joselyn.
He thinks the world of his granddaughter
In addition to trucking around goods, McCain Enterprises also works with harvest materials that it ships around. Here Abbie was able to watch as corn harvest was loaded into a truck. The seemingly endless waves of harvest disappearing into a truck absolutely mesmerized her!
As Joselyn’s father certainly knows, it’s always very important to make sure someone is carefully watching as cargo is being loaded on a truck!
And, of course, Abbie needed to strike the perfect pose on the big rig.
We can only imagine how happy Joselyn was to see these pictures of her baby Abbie spending the day with her beloved grandpa and great grandpa!
As the day was wrapping up, Abbie and her grandpa decided to take one last photograph together.

The two had spent all day together doing all of the work that Joselyn’s father would do daily along with a few little surprises. We are certain that this little request helped make his day just a wee bit better!
