Study Says Having Up to 25 Cups of Coffee A Day Is Safe for the Heart, But That Doesn’t Mean You Should Actually Consume That Much

We live in a modern world where we relax not by being in a park (of course that is an alternate) but by being in a café sipping our coffee.

There is a coffee shop around every corner of every city these days and we have become addicted to it. Yes, to relax, we have relied on coffee too much.

Because of the same, scientists have been researching over the appetizer for a very long time to find what the consequences of it are.

In several studies, they found out that sipping coffee has a direct impact on our heart. But a recent study states otherwise. The recent study says your heart will remain healthy until 25 cups of coffee a day.

In the studies conducted earlier, the results said that drinking coffee can stiffen the arteries and this can cause a stroke or a heart attack.

The study was conducted on about 8,412 people and it was found out that 25 cups of coffee has the same results as 1 cup of coffee a day.

Queen Mary University of London’s experts conducted the test the study that was partly funded by the British Heart Foundation. The samples for the test were divided into 3 groups.

The first group was of the people who have 1 cup of coffee each day. The second group was of the people who take about 1 to 3 cups of coffee each day and the third group was of people who take 4 or more cups of coffee in just one day.

The average number of coffee people had in the last group was 5 but there were people who drink up to 25 coffees a day too. The study found that even the people who drink such a high number of coffee each day were also not affected by stiffened arteries.
