When a selfless hero jumps into the freezing cold river for rescuing people, it becomes a legendary moment. Similarly, this particular story talks about the hero who jumped into the American river for rescuing a tiny puppy.
According to sources, a mob of people gathered on the bridge around the woman who was pleading for someone. She was doing so in order to rescue the little black-colored puppy that was trapped in the icy water of the American River.
The footage shot was taken by the sources in order to show the daring rescue scene which was attempted by the brave coastguard officer.
As far as the footage is concerned, Anne Graceffa is seen shooting the daring rescue which was attempted by the brave coastguard officer. The officer was seen swimming towards that puppy on the river of Milwaukee.
As soon as the rescue worker is seen pushing through the mounds of floating ice and debris, the puppy gets visible and appears in danger of drowning. The sources still don’t know how the puppy got into Milwaukee River.
However, there came two blocks of ice as soon as the coastguard was nearing the dog. The blocks came together and later on forced its head right underneath.
The crowd was screaming and everyone was terrified that the puppy would be lost and would not be rescued.
With that, the man was seen throwing himself right onto the cold water. He kept on searching in the water. After a few seconds, he lifted up the puppy from the depths! Cinematic, isn’t it!
After rescuing the small puppy, the crowd cheered him up. Upon then, the coastguard was seen catching the breath on the block of the ice ahead of bringing the puppy to the land.
Beckie Josephitis, the source of the incident has filmed the moment. In it, the little puppy is seen swaddling in the blankets by the officer from the river. Sources also said that the dog had a microchip and then was picked by the owner.
