Four-Year-Old Cross-Eyed Husky Became An Internet Sensation With Her Unique Look


A cross-eyed husky went viral around the world for her looks, and the charming pup wants a forever home.

Jubilee, four, became an internet sensation when Husky House, a New Jersey-based rescue shelter for Siberian Huskies, shared pictures of this adorable animal on Facebook.

The shelter also shared that because of her odd appearance Jubilee is not getting adopted.

‘My name is Jubilee. I’m a 4-year-old female husky who has been with Husky House for a long time,’ the post began.

‘I came from a “breeder” who couldn’t sell me because he said I was “weird” looking. Huskies are majestic looking dogs and I don’t know why I don’t look like them.’

The post went on to explain how the dog wanted to be ‘beautiful’ in the eyes of other pet owners so she could get adopted.

‘I wish I was beautiful so someone would want me to be their dog,’ the post continued. ‘I like other dogs, but I don’t like cats. I love people, but I’m a little shy because people mostly laugh at the way I look.

‘Doesn’t anyone want a funny looking husky? I wish I had a family of my own who could love me even though I’m not pretty.’ 

The post was shared more than 32,000 times and people reacted to husky needs a home.

Many people commented that they are interested in taking the dog.

Jubilee I think your cute little cartoon eyes are so damn adorable…it’s was makes you, you,’ one commenter wrote. ‘Paws Crossed you find the perfect home.’ 

Another person called the pup the ‘Scooby-Doo’ of dogs because of her odd appearance.

Husky House later informed people that Jubilee is still available for adoption, she has yet to be adopted is that interest comes from states far away from New Jersey like Texas. The website also wrote, families have to first schedule a time to meet Jubilee. And, if she would get along with their other animals before the rescue shelter will approve them.
