“Friends” has to be one of the most iconic sitcoms to have graced TV programming and despite the series having ended 15 years ago this year, the stuff that has made the show so successful and popular has never gotten old.

And Courtney Cox, who played the quirky Monica, gave us proof of that when she recreated one of the most famous scenes on Friends while she and her boyfriend were moving some furniture at home.

USA Today

In a hilarious Instagram video, Monica…err, Courtney, can be heard “helping” her better half Johnny McDaid and his pals by shouting “Pivot!” over and over again. The scene mimics that episode when Ross, Chandler, and Rachel were trying to move a couch up the stairs.

One of them men comments by saying “that’s so helpful, thank you” before she praises them for their moving abilities by saying “that’s good pivoting.”

And of course Friends fans couldn’t help but comment on the reference with one writing: “This never gets old.”

And another said: “Ross was right, the next best thing should have been Monica.”

And a third followed up with: “Shut up. Shut up. Shut up.”

This isn’t the first time that a former cast of Friends has proven to be a good sport on social media. Recently, Blackpool Police was looking for a suspected thief who looked a lot like David Schwimmer. In fact, it was this bizarre likeness captured on camera that caused this guy to go viral.

Schwimmer recreated the CCTV footage and posted it on social media.

Using the hashtag #itwasntme, Schwimmer tweeted: “Officers, I swear it wasn’t me. As you can see, I was in New York. To the hardworking Blackpool Police, good luck with the investigation.”

Even members of the Blackpool Police were in on the joke, posting: “Thank you to everyone for your speedy responses. We have investigated this matter thoroughly and have confirmed that David Schwimmer was in America on this date. We’re so sorry it has to be this way.”
