The couple who carried out a deadly shooting spree in November tied the knot in Las Vegas while wearing MAGA baseball caps.
Shawn McDonnell, 31, his wife, Kayleigh Lewis, 25, and his younger brother, Christopher McDonnell, 28, were arrested and charged with numerous felony counts, including attempted murder and murder, after they went on a gun rampage that left one person dead and several others injured.
Prosecutors said they will consider adding hate-crime and terrorism charges.
Only a few weeks before the shooting spree, Shawn and Lewis tied the knot at the Graceland Wedding Chapel.
The happy newlyweds sealed their marriage with a kiss and posed for pictures as the Battle Hymn of the Republic played in the background.
Kayleigh wore a black dress with long sleeves and matched her outfit with a red MAGA cap. The groom sported a blue Hawaiian shirt and a pair of khakis. He also wore a MAGA cap turned backward.
While exchanging their vows, McDonell told his bride: “Let’s do right by each other and right by Father God.”
She then replied with a smile: “I agree. Let’s do it.”
After the wedding, Shawn, his wife, and Christopher went on a road trip that took them to Nevada, where they started the rampage outside a convenience store, leaving Kevin Mendiola Jr, 22, dead, and others in the store wounded.
Chief Deputy Clark County district attorney Michael Schwatzer also said that motorists were targeted on southern Nevada roads and freeways.
More than ten people were targeted and the crimes continued in Arizona where officers said three people opened fire in Parker county before they got arrested.
Police said the trio were detained after a vehicle chase and a shooting involving the Arizona Department of Safety in La Paz county.
