A human’s love for a pet is known to the world.
Every time someone adopts a pet, it calls for a celebration. A couple just let the world know that a new family member had come in the most unexpected way.
Lucy Schultz who has been a Cat lover and a photographer has always been found volunteering at the nearest shelter and fostering kittens. Lucy never had a kitten of her own though. Once Lucy and Steven (her partner of 3 years) became stable, she decided it was time to adopt one finally.
The couple shared the birthing photographs on social media to announce publicly of the newest addition to their family. Lucy can be seen giving birth to a 5-month old kitten in these images. They followed the traditional birthing photoshoot that might raise a few eyebrows.
The couple was so happy when they brought home the kitten that they decided to commemorate the occasion by doing a photo shoot. Unexpectedly, the images went viral on social media and people just can’t get enough of it.
Lucy commented on the images that the kitten is 22” long and weighed around 6 pounds and 7 oz. The kitten is already eating solid food. Though they haven’t thought of any name for the kitten yet.
The couple doesn’t have any kids of their own but now are proud parents of the kitten seen in the pictures. The photographs were clicked by Lucy’s colleague Elizabeth Woods-Darby.
