A famous illustrator is known for bringing people to tears with her powerful comic strips.
Her works were dubbed tearjerkers as they demonstrate how cruel some people are to helpless animals.
Jenny-Jinya now has more than 286K followers on Instagram, proving that many people are not immune to pollution, abandonment, animal cruelty, environmental hazards, and other issues in life.
She is back with another heart shattering strip which helps raise awareness of how damaging and cruel elephant rides can be. It shows how the animals are taken from their herd and forced to live in captivity where they are always threatened.

In an interview with Bored Panda, Jenny said she is convinced that “if more tourists knew how elephants are tortured to make them submissive, perhaps fewer people would support these ’attractions.’”
She also said that after the release of her comics, she received messages from people admitting they had ridden the gentle giants before. “They had no idea how these animals were ‘trained,’” she shared.
The illustrator confessed that the process of drawing heartbreaking scenes also makes her sad. “Conducting research about the issue in question is always depressing enough, but when I sketch out the storyboard, a few tears run down my cheeks, too,” Jenny told Bored Panda.
“Some people think about profit, others are just poorly educated about certain topics, and some people might just have a crooked mentality,” she added. However, Jenny believes that supporting shelters, educating people, reducing the consumption of animal products, and signing petitions go a long way.
