It is quite evident that the world is witnessing environmental crisis especially related to water.
It has become more than important that people start prioritizing water conservation for a cleaner environment.
According to a recent report, around 844 million people around the world are facing water issues and lack access to clean water.
Water wastage is increasing at a lightning-fast pace and the pollutant water is resulting in several health issues. Fortunately, there is a scant little number of people who are thinking about the water crisis and taking initiatives to better the condition.
Ramveer Tanwar from India is one of those people who cannot just digest the fact that we are continuously ignoring the water crisis around us.
He has decided to take action by cleaning lakes and ponds near him.
Ramveer wanted a cleaner environment for not just his family but also for his village members.
He has done great efforts by saving dozens of lakes and ponds. Everyone is appreciating his efforts and thank him to take such a great initiative.
He has been deemed as the environmental superhero who considers the hygiene and health of people around him. The 26 years old Ramveer realized that the ponds and rivers that he used to play during his childhood days have vanished now.
The lakes and ponds that are currently existing are completely polluted. People dump their waste in these ponds contributing to the pollution. Initially, Ramveer single-handedly managed the situation when he started cleaning the ponds and rivers.
Later, he got support from the people in the village who were encouraged by his move. Ramveer even took the initiative to educate people in his village regarding the importance of water conservation and the consequences of water pollution.
Ramveer said that it wasn’t a cakewalk for him as people initially didn’t recognize his effects and deemed him as a madman.
