Watch the choir honoring World War II fallen soldier

An American soldier who lost his life 70 years ago during World War II was honored during a Delta Air Lines flight from Frankfurt, Germany, to Atlanta.
The soldier’s remains were found on a battlefield and identified through DNA testing recently.
The pilot informed the passengers at the end of the flight that a U.S. Army private would be escorting the remains of the World War II soldier.
Members of the Iowa Ambassadors of Music Choir, a choir and band of 350 students who were on their way home after a 16-day concert tour, sang a rendition of “The Battle Hymn of the Republic” to honor him.
A fellow passenger Diane Cupp, from Johnson City, Tennessee, captured the moment and shared it on Facebook.
“It was so emotional. I was just so proud of the young people who started singing and the respect that they showed. My heart just melted”, Cupp told TODAY.
“Right now, we’re a nation that’s so divided that it’s just one of those moments where everybody comes together. There were tears in people’s eyes and tears in mine.”
The video was shared online and left everyone teary-eyed. One user wrote: ‘Respect to someone who made the ultimate sacrifice for this country. Thank you to the choir.’
Another said: ‘When people possess the courage to do what is right! Extremely, proud of these young people!, honoring a Vet! Brings tears of pride.’
The third one added: ‘amazing god bless this choir for that that is so great to see when people actually take time out and do a tribute to a fallen hero we need more people like this god is great’.
Thanks to the members of the Iowa Ambassadors of Music choir for honoring the fallen soldier. He totally deserved this honor as he fought for his country and died for it.
