The fellow workers were caught in the video scrambling for the woman, but it was too late to make any intervention to save the deceased.

It has also been reported that the Chinese authorities have been making efforts to reduce the fatalities that are linked to inadequate monitoring, corruption, and lax regulations.

Reuters reported that workplace deaths caused by accident have come down to 38,000 and that is an improvement of 12.1 percent if compared to the last year’s statistics. The total fine collected for workplace safety reached up to 3.3 billion yuan.

China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region witnessed the death of 21 workers and 29 injured workers on February 21 because the company had bought a vehicle illegally and was only meant for on-ground purposes.

The company was using the vehicle for underground purposes, and one-day shuttle vehicle lost its control and led to such fatalities in the mine.
