The CEO of Central Jet Charter has been arrested after his neighbors revealed that he was a pedophile and would always bring young girls into his apartment.
57-year-old Paul Alexander was arrested for allegedly sex trafficking minors throughout New York City.
In a months-long investigation called ‘Operation Mile High,’ Alexander allegedly charged an undercover officer $300 for sex with a 14-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl.
Alexander allegedly told the undercover cop to give the children marijuana and alcohol to make them more cooperative.
One of Alexander’s neighbors, 26-year-old Dan Santiago, told the New York Post that he saw groups of children coming in and out of his Bronx apartment.
“I would always see him with little girls up there,” he revealed. “It was never one person coming out of the apartment, it was always like a group. I found that suspicious. He was doing something up there for sure.”
Another neighbor said that Alexander’s apartment was always noisy and she suspected the CEO was messing around with minors.
“He has never messed with me or with my daughters. He would make so much noise. I took a bat and went upstairs and told him, ‘Come here, if you ever touch one of my daughters … I will kill you right here in this building,’” the mother expressed.
Alexander allegedly told her: “No, no. It wasn’t like that.”
The furious woman added: “They need to take him away from here…Children live here and I have to take care of my daughters.
“He would bring a lot of little girls here — Black, Hispanic, Chinese — he brings women of all types and walks of life, and a lot of girls.”
Other neighbors also said Alexander would hang around a school in Fordham Heights searching for little girls.
“He stays by the McDonald’s, (on Fordham Road) where he finds them. That’s where he would pick up those kids,” one neighbor said.
“There is a high school around there, he would go there and be waiting on them.”
Another female neighbor said that they would see young girls in skimpy clothing. “They had on little sports bras, little shorts. I’m so glad he’s gone. He has like a creepy vibe, like he’s a villain.”
New York City Attorney General Letitia James said Alexander has been registered on the New York State Sex Offender Registry website for two decades.
According to Heavy, the 57-year-old has prior convictions for first-degree sexual abuse and another conviction for possessing child pornography.
If convicted, Alexander faces up to 50 years in jail.
