There have been a lot of Hollywood movies which showed how people grew rich overnight after discovering that they have inherited the money from their relative they were never aware of.
The same thing happened with Jordan Adlard Rogers, who was a regular care worker before he got to know that he has inherited a lot of money.
Jordan, who is 31 years old, never believed that Charles Rogers was his dad, but after getting the DNA test done, he was sure about it.
Charles Rogers was an aristocrat and Jordan was in denial of believing that he is the son before the DNA test. Jordan always turned down the opportunity of being with his dad while he was alive because he never believed that it’s the truth.
After his father was found dead in the car on his lavish 1536 acre mansion, Jordan agreed to get the DNA test done, and it was proved that they are related.
Now Jordan inherits the mansion, which is around £50 million and has given him a chance to live a totally different life than before.
According to their family history, the estate was gifted to the National Trust in 1974 in exchange for a lease for 1000 years.
It is known that they were receiving income from the trust, and Charles was always given some cash allowance, which started from £300 to £1000 per week.
Jordan was having a lot of adjustment problems because of some other family members, but when he came to know that Charles was his father, he agreed to move in and live his life differently.
Jordan claims that he is trying his best to settle, but he would do anything to go back and let Charles know that he was the son so that things could be a little different for him today.
He further says that till now, he wasn’t able to pay his bills, but now he wants to help people from the Porthleven and Helston communities.
There are some inquests that Charles death is caused by drug abuse and Charles used to live in another estate, but things got so difficult for him that he started living in his car than preferring to live in his lavish estates.
Jordan is happily living with his partner Katie and son. Jordan is planning to host a charity party in the garden of his new house soon.
