CCTV footage has been released by Houston Metro Police that shows a car running a red light on a railway crossing.
The video footage shows a black SUV running a red light on a railway crossing and the car met with a deadly accident.
A Houston woman named Raunel Arreola-Moreno was driving the black SUV with her two children.
Thankfully, all the passengers in the SUV sustained minor injuries.
This video reminds all of us that traffic rules are very important and we must follow them.
When the video of the incident was posted online, people were left shocked and criticized the woman for driving carelessly and risking her own and her children’s life.
One user commented on the video: ‘A ticket for running a red light? The driver should be locked up for reckless endangerment and causing grief bodily harm to the kids and the other passenger in his/her car!’
Another user said: ‘That wasn’t an accident, they deliberately broke the law. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The driver should have been charged with criminal negligence. If someone had died, homicide.’
The third one said: ‘Idiot car driver has no respect for human life’ while another added: ‘NEVER feel sorry for idiots like THIS! Because the longer they live among us the bigger chances the same RETARDS will do an overtaking in a 0 visibility point and MURDER YOUR family or other people that drive safe.’
The incident is really sad but thankfully, no one was seriously injured in the horrific accident.
We all must follow the traffic rules as they are there for our safety only. Don’t do such things as you will risk your own life and your family’s life by doing this. Follow the rules and stay safe!
