However, the owner of the car couldn’t rescue the car during high-tide.

The car got stuck on Blackpool beach. Lytham and Fleetwood Coastguard teams rescued the car after the tide went back.

A spokesperson for the coastguard said: “Just after midday yesterday (January 14) the Lytham St Annes Coastguard Rescue Team and the Fleetwood Coastguard Rescue Team attended a report of a car stuck in the sand during rising tide at Starr Gate in Blackpool.”

“The driver of the car was out of the vehicle and safe. The high tide meant it wasn’t possible to remove the car straight away and therefore the coastguard teams kept an eye on the situation until the car was pulled from the sand by a tractor later in the day.”

Earlier this week in Berkshire, a massive section of an apartment building roof crashed down due to the Storm Brendan.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. Thames Valley Police said: “We do not believe that anyone has been seriously injured, and we are working with other emergency services to make the scene safe.”

“The road is closed and people are advised to avoid the area. Thank you to everyone for their ongoing patience while we deal with the incident.”
