Capitol Rioter Apologizes For DREADFUL Actions And Blames TRUMP For Their Wrongdoings


One of the Capitol rioters that had been a part of the Capitol Hill riots had went on CNN, wanting to apologize for the actions that had been executed.

He started to blame Donald Trump for calling upon him and other followers to attack the Capitol on January 6th, 2021.

Anthony Antonio made his public appearance on CNN last Friday to offer his apology for the participation in the “botched insurrection” that had left with five people passing away. He said that he made his way to Washington, D.C. on the day of the riot since the former president, Donald Trump, had indicated that he wanted the event to be “big” and “wild”.

He says that “The President of the United States – who at the time he was still the President of the United States – calls all of us to DC. He says, “Let’s go check it out. Let’s go see why he’s calling us to DC.”

He continues that he took this opportunity to apologize to one of the Capitol police since he had assaulted him during the riot, shifting the blame on himself and towards Donald Trump.

The rioter comments, “he called people to Washington DC that day. He said ‘march down to the Capitol.’ I personally would not have marched down Pennsylvania Avenue and walked to the Capitol, on the grass of the Capitol…. I was supposed to go to Freedom plaza. That was my plan. I wouldn’t have gone down to the Capitol.”

Since the day of the riot, there have been 465 people who have been arrested for participating inn the event. The number is more likely to increase as there have been more evidence that have been uncovered. At least 50 of the rioters had served in the military and participated in the riot.

The Department of Justice said that the investigation for the incident is the most complex that is had been. There are more than hundreds of indictments against individual rioters but there are also conspiracy cases linked to organizations such as the Proud Boys and the Three Percenter and Oath Keeper gangs that executed unruly actions against law enforcement and officials.

Many of them have attempted to escape or reduce their charges by blaming the former president for even starting the event.
