Candace Owens has criticized the outfit Harry Styles donned for his Vogue photoshoot as she suggested “manly men” should be brought back because a society can’t survive without strong men.

Lashing out at the 26-year-old’s choice of wear, the right-wing activist suggested our society is being attacked through “the steady feminization of our men.”

Owens took aim at Styles after the former One Direction singer made history as he became the first male to hit the cover of US Vogue. For the special occasion, the 26-year-old wore a ball gown and a Gucci jacket.

“There is no society that can survive without strong men. The East knows this. In the west, the steady feminization of our men at the same time that Marxism is being taught to our children is not a coincidence,” Owens tweeted on November 14 as she shared Vogue Magazine’s post about Harry Styles.

Days later, after suffering a backlash on social media, Owens doubled down on her comments and suggested that the term toxic masculinity was created by toxic females.

“Since I’m trending I’d like to clarify what I meant when I said ‘bring back manly men,’” the activist wrote on the morning of November 16.

“I meant: Bring back manly men. Terms like ‘toxic masculinity’ were created by toxic females. Real women don’t do fake feminism. Sorry I’m not sorry.”

After getting flooded with photos of men in dresses taken in earlier decades, Owens once again remained firm in her stance and insisted she’s “impervious to woke culture.”

“PSA: Mining pictures on the internet of men in dresses is not going to suddenly make me attracted to men in dresses,” she said.

“I’m impervious to woke culture. Showing me 50 examples of something won’t make it any less stupid. #BringBackManlyMen.”

In another comment, Owens also pointed out she believes “women should be feminine.”

“I enjoy cooking for and taking care of my husband,” she wrote.
