To get to the correct answer, focus on the details around the area where the two buildings meet in the picture. If you look closely, you will see that the grey building is clearly obstructing the building on the right.

To prove that the grey building is at the front, take a look at the AC units and windows of the building on the right. You can clearly see they appear to be cut off because the view is obstructed by the grey building.
