Among other bombshell accusations, Harry and Meghan insisted that a senior royal expressed worries that the couple’s child would be too dark when Meghan was still pregnant with Archie.

“If there are allegations of racism, I would expect them to be treated by the Palace with the utmost seriousness and fully investigated,” Green told Sky News.

“I’m sure that the Palace will be thinking very carefully about that and I certainly think people will be wondering what is going to be said. There is never any excuse in any circumstances for racism and I think it is important that action is taken to investigate what are really shocking allegations.”

While Meghan and Harry insisted racism was one of the main reasons why they left the royal family, they didn’t reveal the name of the person who allegedly made the racist comments.

“That conversation, I am never going to share. At the time it was awkward. I was a bit shocked,” Harry told Oprah during the interview.

While Oprah later confirmed that the couple didn’t tell her who they were talking about when they were off-camera, she said Harry told her the comments were not made by the Queen or the Duke of Edinburgh.
