Watch: Sam Asghari protective of Britney Spears on first time out

Britney Spears was spotted with her boyfriend Sam Asghari at The Montage hotel in Beverly Hills. It was the first time Britney was spotted after checking into a mental health facility.
The 37-year-old kept it casual as she stepped out wearing a red sundress that she paired with brown suede Birkenstocks.
Meanwhile, her boyfriend, Sam wore a green, black and white striped sweater that he paired with red shorts and a black leather baseball cap.
Britney entered into a 30-day treatment program last month due to her father Jaime’s failing health.
A source told People magazine:
‘Her dad being sick has taken a toll on her. He nearly died and actually had another surgery a few weeks ago. He’s not doing well.’

Britney canceled a series of concerts due to the health concerns, including her Las Vegas show, Britney: Domination. She said:
‘A couple of months ago, my father was hospitalized and almost died. We’re all so grateful that he came out of it alive, but he still has a long road ahead of him. I had to make the difficult decision to put my full focus and energy on my family at this time.’
