Every person snores and there is nothing to worry about it but some people’s snoring sound is too loud.

If you are a habitual snorer, you not only disturb the sleep of the one sleeping close to you but you also ruin your own sleep quality.

Have you ever thought why snoring happens? If yes then here is the answer. According to Mayo Clinic, ”When you doze off and progress from light sleep to deep sleep, the muscles in the roof of your mouth (soft palate), tongue and throat relax. The tissues in your throat can relax enough that they partially block your airway and vibrate. This increases tissue vibration, which causes your snoring to grow louder.”
